Sr. Executive-Operations Profile Location/unit: P-174. Waluj MIDC , Aurangabad
Position reports to: Sr. Manager- Operations
Key Relationships: Daily production responsibilities with Planning and Control of Tool Room, CTL & Press Machine. Standard Room activities with Quality Systems
Main objectives of the role: To stream line Manufacturing activities and continuously improve the Efficiencies and Effectiveness of the Operations

Key Responsibility
  • Improve OEE of all Equipment
  • Ensure effective deployment of Manpower
  • Ensure Safety on shop floor
  • Ensure Work force discipline
  • Maintain healthy IR
  • Maintain and improve Product Quality
  • Implement systems such as TPM, 5S, etc.
  • Cost controlling activities
Job Qualifications & Specific Skills Required Education: DME / BE Mechanical
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of Experience handling Operations in Reputed Tool Rooms, Sheet Metal Component Industries.
Knowledge & Specific Skills:
  • Knowledge of Tool Room Machines & sheet metal processes and process time estimation
  • Must have CNC machine programming knowledge
  • Adept at handling HR and IR processes
Authority :
  • To plan, control, and execute all shop floor activities
  • To take disciplinary action on the shop floor
  • To recruit manpower required for operations
  • To recommend purchase of consumables, equipment, tools, and raw materials
  • To make decisions on the feasibility of jobs receiving on all machines
